Good to know
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No, never. You pay the fixed monthly price of your plan, whatever you sell. Card payments go through your own bank or terminal provider, which charges its own card fee, as it would with any POS.
How do I pay?
From your own InventPro account, by card or US bank account, through Stripe. The setup fee and your first month are paid together; after that the monthly price is charged automatically each month. Change your card, download receipts or cancel any time.
What is the one-time setup for?
We create your business on InventPro: your own private address and database, your stores and your owner account, so you can sign in and start adding items.
Is the monthly price really fixed?
Yes. Starter is $54.99 and Business is $74.99 every month, no matter how many sales you make.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade starts right away and you pay the difference in setup fee. A move to a smaller plan starts at the end of your billing month; if you have more stores or cashiers than it allows, you choose which ones stay and the rest are paused, never deleted.
What do I need to run InventPro?
A computer, tablet or phone with a web browser and an internet connection. Add any standard receipt printer, a label printer for barcodes and a barcode scanner if you like; the device camera also scans barcodes.
